Warnings
Trekking does not require great physical preparation, it is easy and has no particularly difficult passages, however attention is required as it is volcanic soil, often inconsistent and unstable.
Trekking is not recommended for those who usually do little physical activity.
The excursion may undergo variations at the discretion of the Guides or be interrupted if the environmental, atmospheric or volcanic conditions change, such as to compromise the safety of the entire group.
The total duration of the trek will depend on the pace.
The excursion will take place within the limits set by the ordinances in force.
Also suitable for children aged over 4 years.
The route involves climbing and passing along the crater edges, which could cause dizziness problems for sensitive individuals.
This itinerary, in relation to the type, is suitable for people in good physical health, who do not suffer from particular pathologies (cardiovascular, respiratory or hypertension).
We do not recommend the use of contact lenses due to the gases exhaled by the volcano and the ash which, if blown, could easily cause problems.
Pregnant women who have passed the third month of pregnancy are not allowed any type of hiking activity.
To ensure the success of the excursion and the correct carrying out of the activity, it is good practice to know your health conditions perfectly and if necessary make them known to the Guide, all this to reduce the onset of any problems and avoid taking risks.
