Imagine walking on an active volcano, covered by a soft white blanket, while your gaze sweeps down to the sea. This unique snowshoeing experience starts from Piano Provenzana (1800m) and takes you into the heart of the North side.

We will cross snowy woods and ancient lava flows until we reach the large craters that forever changed the face of this tourist resort in 2002.

From the top of the lateral craters at 2200 meters, you will admire the panorama of the snowy volcano up to the smoking summit, and looking downstream, the bay of Giardini Naxos, Taormina and, on clear days, even Calabria.
