Itinerary Details

The itinerary involves meeting at Piano Provenzana. Departure will be by authorized vehicles up to an altitude of 2900 meters, following the route normally used for excursions to the Summit Craters. From this panoramic point, we will proceed on foot, in total safety, towards the lava front or the area affected by the eruption.

After the exciting close-up observation of the eruptive theater, the return will be through the fascinating lunar landscape of Piano delle Concazze (2800 m), before comfortably returning to Piano Provenzana with the authorized vehicles.
