Trekking to the North-East Rift
A fascinating alternative to the Summit Craters. We will ascend by 4x4 to 2800m, with explanations from the guide. From here, a first trek will take us to a panoramic viewpoint at 2900m. Then, back in the 4x4, we will move on to the longest trek, visiting the Rift fracture, the 1947 craters, and walking on the edge of explosive craters, for a total of 6km to Piano Provenzana.

Detailed Schedule
- 7:45 AM: Meeting at Chiosco Bar Mareneve, Piano Provenzana.
- 8:00 AM: Departure and ascent by 4x4 to 2825m.
- ~9:00 AM: Start of the first trek to the panoramic point (2900m).
- ~10:00 AM: Descent by 4x4 to an altitude of 2500m.
- ~10:30 AM: Start of the second trek: 1947 fracture, lateral craters.
- ~12:30 PM: Return to Piano Provenzana.
